Fantastic service from start to finish. The customer care was excellent and very polite, respectful and professional throughout. Everything that needed repairing on my chimney was fully explained to me, with no pressure at all. I was given a clear quote and was even advised to get other quotes so I could compare, which I really appreciated. I also received a follow-up call explaining the work carried out and confirming that it is fully guaranteed. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Lanc roofing were great. Came and quoted on the Saturday, got them in on the Monday. Turned up on time, communicated well, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves 👍

They were great. Came and gave a very thorough and detailed quote, which gave me lots of confidence that they knew what they were doing and would do what we needed. I wasn’t disappointed, very quick to respond, found a date immediately and did the work in one day, the weather was awful but they were brilliant and cracked on anyway. Very happy with the final outcome.
