Ae couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding - always keeping us in the loop. What really stood out was how easy he was to work with. Not only did Lance treat our home with care and respect, he moved our fridge to get the job done right and even came back later just to put it back. It honestly felt like he was part of the family. His attention to detail is second to none. The tile is flawless - clean lines, perfect cuts, and a beautiful finish. High quality finish. He managed 120 x120 tiles very well. Good design tips and discussed the plan before start. We are very happy with the finish, his professionalism and attention to detail. Lance is genuine gentleman who has carried out work for us in a timely manner and to a high standard of quality. Its been a few weeks since Lance completed the job and we have had no problems and are looking to have him back to do some more work.
