  Repair of gas boiler

  As a new customer I phoned Mike about a leaking radiator and boiler. Although busy, he came out the next morning and repaired the boiler so that we could have heating and hot water again. He made a temporary repair to the radiator and arranged to phone back the following week. This was very helpful and we were impressed with Mike's knowledgeable approach and helpful manner. We would definitely use Mike's service again and happily recommend him to others.

  Fitting new boiler

  Mike arrived on time. Was extremely professional. He was polite and helpful in explaining how to use the controls. Cleared up and bagged up all rubbish and arranged someone to collect it. Fabulous job. Would highly recommend.

  Replacing two showers

  Mike did a great job! He called round promptly when we rang him to give us an estimate for the work and then fitted the showers a few days later, as soon as they were delivered. He provided a really friendly and professional service and stuck to his original estimate, despite meeting unforseen difficulties that required additional work. We are delighted with his work and have already booked him to completely replace our en-suite bathroom.

  Fixing leak from bath waste water pipe at rear of house

  Mike came on the Thursday to assess the job on his way home. On Friday he completed the job after replacing old pipe and fittings. He was polite and talked through what he was doing and kept us involved as to what was going on. Would definitely recommend.

  Replacement main valve head motor on immersion tank

  Called Mike after concerns about a leak and not having any hot water. He visited the following day on his way home and identified the problem straight away, the day after he came back with the part and fixed it no problem. Mike was very polite, friendly and it was clear he has lots of experience. We will definitely be saving his number and I would certainly recommend him.
