  Supply and fit complete new toilet system

  Mike from Lancashire appliances, supplied and fitted a complete new toilet system for us. He did an excellent job for us. I would recommend him to anybody looking for similar or any other plumbing work. He arrived at the time arranged, took away the old toilet and left everything clean and tidy

  Outstanding Job

  The job was done under an hour fixing the zonal valve. Also flush the blockage and sorted out the radiators. He went above and beyond and will be hiring he again for any other issues

  Soil stack and toilet pipe replacement

  I requested help after having a leak in my toilet water pipe and finding out that the soil stack pipe has collapsed due to heat meaning the toilet waste pipe couldn't be replaced. Mike responded with a fair price and kept in communication with me to work out the details and arrange a date. He arrived on time and walked me through everything he was doing. He made sure everything was sorted and working, and cleaned up after everything as well. 100% would recommend and will be using him again. Added some before and after shots to the review

  Had emergency situation with leaking boiler. Insurance co sent heating engineer who stated “ Uneconomic to repair “. Therefore, needed new boiler! I sought a second opinion from Lancashire Appliances. Mike arrived the following day and fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Excellent standard of work and service. I’m more than happy to recommend him.

  Repair of gas boiler

  As a new customer I phoned Mike about a leaking radiator and boiler. Although busy, he came out the next morning and repaired the boiler so that we could have heating and hot water again. He made a temporary repair to the radiator and arranged to phone back the following week. This was very helpful and we were impressed with Mike's knowledgeable approach and helpful manner. We would definitely use Mike's service again and happily recommend him to others.
