Quick and neat LVT flooring laid, old carpet removed and taken away, floor made good before laying LVT. Excellent work.

Amir poked a hole in one of the water pipes during installation, then I had to go through series of headaches to get it sorted. Refused to take responsibility for his actions. His job quality for the stairs was very poor, pieces started to come off just a few days after. He now refuses to come back and fix it because its a small job for him. Even though he keeps claiming life time warranty, you should not believe. If you want to stay away from trouble, stay away from this service provider.

Very good service and the installation was seamless. We met initially to discuss a range of materials from a range of samples. We agreed a prices and date to commence works. All very straightforward. And the results were better then expected . Many thanks

Initially, the flooring looked great but upon closer inspection there was damage in some areas. I pointed some of this out to Amir before he left my property but told me it was a “defect” in the wood but when I looked closer it was clear it was not a defect but damage. When I looked closer at other areas there were places where the wood was clearly damaged. Amir sent someone to look at it who agreed it was damaged but said it was “too hard” to fix. Amir then ignored all my follow up messages.

Amir and his staff were amazing. Amir’s communication with me was faultless. He made sure I had all the right supplies for the job and even told me to go elsewhere if it was cheaper. On the day of the job, Amir and his staff arrived at 8:30 promptly and got to work right away. He told me they would be done by 2pm and they were! Considering I was quoted a lot more by other contractors and told it would take two days, it shows how honest and hard working Amir is. The job itself is perfect. Amir went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I will be using him for all other work I need doing!

The team specifically Amir were amazing. Very attentive and responsive during the quote stage and performance stage and I would say provided a very reasonable and competitive price also, would highly recommend for anyone hoping to a quick and efficient job. All done in a single day, 55sqm fitting
