Used Lambert Domestic Appliances twice now and cannot fault them. A lovely guy named Sam came out for 2 separate issues on 2 separate occasions, washing machine repair & electric cooker fitting. Have him on speed dial now because the service was impeccable both times. Very efficient at fitting you in which is great as these appliances are crucial to us day to day. Have recommended to others already! Will 100% use again. Thank you

Sam provided a quote for a fixed fee for call-out, diagnosis and labour explaining any parts required would be an additional charge, which is very fair. He arrived on time and examined both machines. The problems he found were not the ones I expected and so he saved me a lot of time, effort and money if I'd gone down the diy route. In fact the dreadful sound from the washing machine was a screw hidden behind a panel that had worked loose after 9 years and was vibrating loudly! Quickly fixed. Sam provided an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in going back to him in the future.

I was very pleased with the job. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Sam was pleasant and friendly. I would use Lambert Domestic Appliances again.

My washer/dryer stopped working in the middle of a programme.I rang Sam who said he would call the following morning and gave me a time slot.He arrived within that time slot,checked out my machine and advised me that the problem was with the control panel and that,unfortunately,spares were no longer available( the machine is 9 years old) and that we would need a new one.We discussed the merits of various makes.He was very constructive.We would not hesitate to call him in the future if we have other appliance problems.

Samsung washing machine stopping before cycle finished. Spoke with Sam by phone & based on my description of the symptoms was able to immediately diagnose the fault. Clearly a tradesman who knows his stuff. Sam said he would order the replacement part straight away & at the same time booked an appointment to rectify the fault. On the agreed day arrived on time & promptly got on with the job. About one hours work. Machine all working good again. Happy days. Would definitely recommend Sam.

Sam was excellent, builders had made it a near impossible job to remove the dishwasher, but Sam through determination and no little skill managed it to allow him to replace a broken part - we were looking at dismantling kitchen and a new machine so really grateful
