  Outstanding exterior plastering and excellent insulating advice!

  Lama Facades Ltd expertly plastered our 7m x 2.5m exterior wall. We needed thin, efficient insulating plaster to save space on our narrow walkway. They gave great advice and a clear quote covering labour and materials. Communication was brilliant, they arrived on time every day, and the final finish is flawless.   External insulation

  Anton did the external solid wall work insulation and the workmanship was really good. He is hardworking. He listens to me and explains what is happening and what will be done. Not many do this. I really appreciate his patience and flexibility to the work and personally too. Now my house looks good and I will definitely refer him to my neighbours . He finished the work as I need and he cleaned my premises too , and very helpful and professional.

  Insulated rendering of end of terrace house and garage

  I am delighted with the work that Anton has carried out and my house looks so good now! Anton was very professional throughout and communicated well from his initial visit to quote for the work right through to completion. His attention to detail and care in the work is clear to see and he has totally refreshed my property. Not only does my house look a lot better it is also noticeably warmer as a result of the insulation.

  EWI Pro silicone rendering to front of house plus installation of guttering/ downpipes

  Overall, great work! Anton honoured his agreement (very important) with us and kept in regular touch providing updates. He is professional, friendly and advises on each aspect of the job. For my job, he organized the delivery and collection of the scaffolding as well as following up with me, to enquire if there was any damage to the render when the scaffolding was removed. Really pleased with the rendering work and the installation of the guttering/ downpipes.

  Silicone waterproof rendering to rear and side of house at ground floor level

  LAMA Façades were untested for me as I usually go through personal recommendations for building work but this is quite a niche area. I didn’t know what to expect and the project dragged on because of the very wet weather we had lately, but I am glad to say that the quality of workmanship and attention to detail was top notch and well worth the wait. The house is transformed! Aton is a great communicator, and was very honest and flexible throughout the process and as keen as me to see excellent results. Would highly recommend!
