Mitch is Amazing! I called on a Sunday morning with my fridge freezer suddenly not working after being mistakenly turned off by the children! Mitch called me back and squeezed me in that day with a suggestion of what the issue could be. Mitch came and found it was an easy fix of a defrost for 24 hours and today it's working!! No call out charges just honest and dependable help! Highly recommend him and already have been to family and friends! Thank you Mitch!

I have a Hisense American style fridge freezer that is out of warranty. The freezer suddenly stopped working, defrosting almost overnight. I was very worried that I would need to replace the whole thing at a cost of over £800. I contacted Mitch and he was able to come take a look the same day. After a bit of diagnosis he identified the problem as being a component that would need cutting out, replacing and welding back into place. His quote was a fraction of the cost of replacement and was able to do the work a few days later. Today the freezer is at -20c and I’m a happy customer!

Had my integrated fridge freezer repaired recently — new compressor fitted, regassed, and tested. Mitch carried out the work efficiently and kept in touch throughout. There was a small issue afterwards, but he returned for a second visit at no extra cost to sort it out. The appliance is now working perfectly. Really pleased with the service — highly recommend!

After a telephone diagnostic Mitch made an onsite visit to inspect the appliance. He identified the parts he needed for replacement and was quick to obtain them and repair the appliance. Very.good communication throughout.

Mitch was prompt and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and returned a couple of days later with the spare part. (Our fridge freezer is 20 years old, so I was expecting it to be sent to the scrap heap, but he fixed) Really pleased. Would definitely use again.
