We've been using Laguna Services Ltd for nearly 20 years, and Kev is never less than superb. This time he replaced our bathroom. From start to finish, Kev offered a service that I cannot fault. I got a fair quote, a reasonable timeline and good communication. We had a new door opening cut into the side of our garage, with a lintel and a secure glass door supplied and fitted, plus an unused window bricked up. The work was carried out to a high standard, in the time predicted, despite both my dog and daughter wanting to get underfoot. It was all done with good humour and the mess was minimal. Kev and his associated trades did an amazing job in converting our garage into a high quality, useable and pleasant looking room with a utility area. Kev was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what needed to be done from the quote to the end of the job. He always kept us in the loop as to what was happening, what needed changing and when. From the start, Kev was patient and accommodating with our needs and timeframes.
