  I had a rat enter my semi detached after next door had there roof replaced.

  I called Ladybugz early Saturday morning.They were the only company out of six on Checkatrade that were willing to attend to me that morning.After a thorough inspection and diagnosis she came up with a solution and plan.

  Mel responded to our request very quickly and came round to assess the situation. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and she made me feel positive that the annoying rats would soon be no more! Mel’s price was reasonable and included 3 visits initially. We have found dead rat just outside and everything seems to be quieter. We would definitely recommend Mel.

  I called Mel when I discovered a potential vermin situation. I happened to be on the way to her next job and she incredibly arrived within half an hour. She efficiently reviewed the situation and gave great advice. Friendly and efficient and helpful; I absolutely recommend her.

  Extermination of wasp nest in attic

  LadyBugz (Mel) is a local business and was able to fit me in at short notice. I had assumed Mel was coming to provide a quote, but just got on and did the job there and then. The price was great & I would be very happy to recommend Mel to anyone else requiring pest control. The price also includes a return visit if any follow-up is required to finish off the nest.

  I had a rat in my garden

  Mel was responsive. I had a full conversation with her on the phone and she came round on the same day and picked up the rat and took it away with her. Very swift and quick job.
