  Extension and total refurbishment of a 1930s house.

  LA Construction Specialists showed care in every aspect of the project from the moment we first met. It was important for us to find a builder that we could trust and through the tender process Lee was very responsive. The project was scheduled for 6 months, but completed in 7 months due to bad weather and additional project requirements. Lee brings together a team of experienced contractors to work with a small team of dedicated LA Construction staff. We would thoroughly recommend Lee and his team. Extension and full refurbishment including cladding, rendering all other internal services.

  Garden patio and a few extras

  Lee and his team came to us to strip out our back garden and then build a porcelain patio. Prior to commencing, Lee came round to measure up, discuss options, and then give us a quote, which was very competitive. The build started at an agreed time and everything went very smoothly. Any minor issues were sorted out on the way through effective conversations and problem solving. Lee and his team turned our garden vision into a reality, and they were the consummate professionals throughout, with the final cost being as quoted. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone for work in the future.

  Excellent work, I was not able to be on site over this period so gave Lee the site keys and left them to get on with it. All finished on time and at agreed price.

  Double storey side extension and single storey rear extension

  I would highly recommend Lee and his team for any domestic building projects, large or small. His professional and well organised approach resulted in a superb transformation of a tired and neglected, mature house. He completely project managed the entire build, accurately planning all the materials and trades to deliver on time and on budget. I was able to leave the keys in his hands during the major construction and he kept me fully updated and consulted throughout.   Kitchen extension

  Lee and his team of tradespeople built an extension to the kitchen. The workmanship of everyone involved was of the highest possible standard, resulting in an award-winning new kitchen. Lee also laid new flooring to most of the ground floor of the property that has much improved the look and feel of the rooms.
