  Removal of chimney and internal wall

  Lloyd and his team did a great job removing an unused chimney stack over two floors and knocking trough an internal load-bearing wall. They were friendly, informed us about all the steps and the progress during the work, they always showed up on time and cleaned up after the work was done. Will surely use them again if we need any work done in the future.

  Front garden brick wall

  From the initial correspondence and quote Lloyd of LA Construction has been very helpful and understanding of work required. The communication was very prompt . Work was completed exactly to specification and to a high standard. Reliable, good workmanship, and the guys cleaned and cleared up all the mess when the work was completed. They were polite and considerate I would have no hesitation in employing them for any work again in the future. Thank you for your professionalism and great service

  Demolish and rebuild garage

  They were a pleasure to deal with. Turning up when they said they would. Providing a professional and comprehensive quote quickly. Promptly responding to any queries with clear answers. Competitively priced. I was kept informed of progress regularly, but free to ask questions and discuss any issues. Work completed exactly to specification and to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in employing them for any work again in the future.

  Deep Foundations rebuilding and front wall

  Lloyd and his team were timely, tidy and very professional. He makes sure the customer feels like the customer all the way through. He checked in regularly with progress, was very helpful in reworking his quotes for job adjustments until we got what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the result and all the neighbours are impressed with their workmanship. Highly recommended

  Loft

  Lloyd was punctual which was a lovely change from other services I have used.He is SO polite,helpful and very, very good at what he does.This was a very small job (but have used Lloyd before) to fulfill requirements for a survey allowing me to sell my house. Therefore it was very important. I would recommend him highly. Thanks Lloyd A great shame I'm moving away from the area. Sal Phipps
