  Replaced house cladding and facia/soffit

  First off, they did a great job and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for it to have been done better. The house looks great. They were quick and communicated great. They were the right amount of flexible with feedback or extra requests. I’ve had several builders do work on the house and I always think twice with getting them back in but in this case I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back for more work.

  Floor levelling whole house via joists & removing debris beneath joists

  Mirsad and his team did an excellent job scoping the extent of the work, and completed it to a high standard. He listened to our hesitation to use screed/self levelling compound on an old house unlike others and was happy to do joist work to resolve our issues. There was great communication with frequent photo updates given that my partner and I work during the day, and the job was finished promptly. Would hire again for any intensive works, but hopefully we don’t need any more soon

  I met Sadi and hired him straight away. He is a very friendly and reliable professional. Sadi & Lindi have carried out extensive revamp and building works throughout my entire house. They are very punctual, efficient and reliable team. They are very hardworking and super-fast. I really appreciate their work and patience.   Concrete base + Shed + Fencing

  I had an overall very good experience with Lacaj Construction. They were competitively priced and did a fantastic job on the garden. I needed the existing dilapidated shed to be discarded and a new shed to be built in its place. They removed the old shed quickly and started work on the concrete base for the new shed. I also needed new fence posts and panels fitted which they were able to do in a matter of a few hours. They were able to build the new shed within half a day ontop of the concrete base once it had dried. They also had all the mess from the garden cleared. I am very happy. A*
