Chris was great to have 'on site'. At all times he explained and discussed the work he was doing. Most of us have to trust the experts we get to help us and sometimes we're never sure whether some hidden horrors will emerge in a year or two!! But I rapidly gained a total trust in Chris. I felt he was 'on my side'.....which is not always the case. He demonstrated a great deal of skill and care, not only with the functional aspects of the work but also with the aesthetics, general appearance and tidiness of the finished work.
