We wanted our downstairs loo/cloakroom updated, re-tiled. We told Lance what we were looking for and left it to him to decide best way to approach things. From initial quote to end result can only say very satisfied.. turned up on time as arranged and finished job in four days as originally quoted. Quality materials and excellent workmanship, would use again and highly recommend to anyone else. I can not rate Lance highly enough. From the start Lance was the utmost professional and we had full trust in him.
