Lukas was great, he is very busy but tried to fit us in as soon as he could after we had to cancel due to work commitments. When he came to do the work we found out the tiles we bought ourselves were faulty and he went above and beyond, took all the tiles back to the store to exchange for us , but even with this issue completed the work on time. It was only a small job but L7 were quick to respond and very punctual and honest suggesting a solution to repair short term with the understanding we may need to take further action in the future. Neat and very professional work by Lukas, Rob and the rest of Lukas's team. Was on time to start work and finish. Even worked over the weekend to support our need to get the work sorted at the earliest. Have also agreed to come back and finish the small pending works. Lukas is a great guy to deal with as well.
