  Brilliant from start to finish

  Kieran came to look at an issue with the downstairs toilet in my house which has a macerator. He quickly identified a blockage in the unit and removed all debris and ensured it was working before he left. Great communication from the start and throughout the job. Left everything clean and tidy upon completion of the job. Will definitely be using KWT for any future jobs

  Mixer tap replacement.

  Kieran was on time and very effective at the job requested of him. Communicated clearly when things did not necessarily go to plan due to faults with the existing hardware. Also gave good advice when I had questions about other work I was considering getting done. Overall a good job and would book again.

  Easily booked a visit via WhatsApp, arrived on time. Really knowledgeable & was able to diagnose the fault & repair instantly. It was literally text book & could not have gone any better. Booked to return for a separate issue. A very Happy Customer here.
