The plumber from KW Pro Plumbing was conscientious and prompt. The job was made more challenging by the fact the leaking pipe was a lead pipe. The repairs he made on his first visit did not stop the leak. However, when I informed him of this he returned the next day responding very quickly to the continuing problem with the leak and performed a thorough repair job which stopped the link and substantially strengthened and improved the pipe. I was very pleased he was willing to take the time and trouble to put things right swiftly.

Kris was brilliant. We were advised that we had a water leak, and needed the stopcock changing to help to see if it was inside or outside. Kris did this and a full check to see if we have a leak. He was great with my son and his dog, we'll be getting g him back for future work.
