I believe Mr Lawrence was trustworthy at the beginning, but it quickly became clear that he said what he thought I wanted to hear! His initial 12 – 16 weeks completion time has become 52 weeks! The estimate for the work was based on an architect drawing and conversations with me. At the end of the build, I established that he had not quoted for the downstairs utility room, which was clearly on the plan. He then gave me another quote for this. He also charged me for extra plumbing work which he said could not have been foreseen. I firmly believe that he played on my lack of knowledge to make more money! I have now established that I should have had a contract with him, which may have covered some of my problems, but I did not know, and he did not offer! Finally, he dug up the mains electric and on later occasion drilled through the mains power!

Had work started on our house after telling them the budget we wanted to spend. At first they arrived on site on time and work being done then it started to slow right down and people not even turning up to our house to do any work. Had our kitchen designed by howdens which we really liked and paid k w Lawrence 15k to get and fitted etc which he never done and we have a half finished house which he left us with no front door no electricity not hot water no flooring and no kitchen family 7 PLEASE DONT USE THEM

Work carried out professionally and efficiently. Some delays due to sickness and faulty goods. However very pleased with end results of work carried out.

What was planned to be a six week job was finally completed a little after six months. The site was often left in mess with drinks cans, cigarette ends and screws etc left laying around. We would have no idea if people would turn up from one week to the next. People would even walk into the garden to collect tools without even first introducing themselves. The work has been completed to a good standard and we are happy with finish, unfortunately this goes no way to the frustration of six months of terrible communication, inability to keep to dates and stress caused. Will not be recommending.

Drain crooked , uneven slabs , no feathering at side causing flooding at side of house. Membrane scored so water coming into garage. Steps left with razor sharp edges , massive lip left by slabs laid incorrectly , trip hazard . Told a two day two man job , one man four days , 30 emails , countless phone calls , texts , messages and photos , let down continuously , six months of stress left with uneven SELF LEVELLING COMPOUND , step put in by KW Lawrence not level with existing step but still compound put on top , water coming into garage , upstands told to paint rather then render .
