Alan arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently unblocked the very unpleasant blocked drain! I thought his charge was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone with blocked drains.

I phoned Alan a couple of days ago about a smell in the bathroom. We discussed the fitments and he suggested a few things to try. Unfortunately they did not work. I phoned Alan back yesterday and he came to my property this morning. After doing a thorough check Alan felt the problem was outside the property. He he lifted the manhole cover up we could both see the problem. Alan kindly talked me through the next steps. He provided the number l needed to raise a case. Alan was so knowledgeable he is such a genuine guy l would have no hesitation in recommending him. A real superstar.

The sink in the bathroom was overflowing with water spilling onto floor, contacted Kwik Clear to report the issue and they attended immediately. Cannot recommend them enough - polite, courteous and explained everything from start to finish giving helpful advice how to prevent further blockages along with a video demonstrating the sink was free flowing after clearing the line with special tools.
