KW Developments designed and built our 3 tiered decking and patio space. The team were friendly, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. We particularly appreciated their creative ideas taking time to fully understand our wishes. Tom and Simon kept us informed throughout the project. The team turned up and worked to schedule and everything was completed on time and in budget. Our experience with KW was first class - from first introductions and discussions around the project, understanding the costs & schedule through to execution and completion. Our project was a full internal re-model of our home which Tom & Simon worked through each area in detail with us, explaining where there was unnecessary complexity and where we could improve on the plans. The initial quote and schedule for the works didn't change - no additional cost or overrun and finished 2 weeks early.
