Keith was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and kept us informed at all times. He was efficient and hardworking, didn’t stop even for a cup of tea. He cleaned up perfectly both during and at the completion of the work. Took all rubbish with him. He charged a reasonable fee and there were no ‘extras’ added. After completing the total refurbishment of our bathroom, we asked Keith to refurbish the cloakroom. Here again we are vey happy with the quality of the work and attention to details. Keith boarded and tiled the walls, changed the ceiling and did a wooden cabinet to hide the boiler, while keeping an hidden access to the pipes. As per the previous job, Keith was punctual, pleasant and made sure to keep us appraised on next steps.
