From my first phone call Rob was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After a few quotes we decided to support a local business and we were so glad we did. The price was competitive and His range of products were excellent. The installation went smoothly and fitted to a high standard. We love our shutters and would highly recommend them.

We had a very small bedroom and ensuite shutter job. At no point did we feel the job was too small for Kuters. Rob made us feel as if we were his best client. Love the shutters and would highly recommend 👌

After having a few shutter survey and quote appointments I had no doubt that rob from kuters was the man for the job. He came along and gave absolutely 5 star advice. I could tell he wasn’t trying to sell , but give me the best design available for my new windows which quite frankly others did not. His communication, personal pride in the installation and end result was fantastic. Also very refreshing that I only dealt with him throughout the whole process. A top guy and business who quite clearly have a passion for what they do . I’m not normally one to leave reviews but had to !

Rob was brilliant from start to finish. He came round with his demo kit and took the time to explain all the different options for our bedroom, which really helped us visualise what would work best. Once we’d made our choice, he came back a few weeks later with the shutters made to measure, and the installation went really smoothly. We’re really happy with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone.

Rob was very knowledgeable about his products and he had great communication throughout the whole process. These weren’t the style of shutters we initially enquired about but after Robs first home visit and seeing his sample kit with the different options (that we weren’t aware of) we decided to proceeded under his guidance and we couldn’t be happier with the final product! Great service and would highly recommend.
