Kurt and Rob arrived on time and were both very friendly. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again in the future. They were very neat and left everything clean afterwards. I got in touch with KTR following a crack in my plaster. Following contact, I received a very quick response and the guys came in and assessed the problem within 48 hours. Throughout Caroline was quick to answer and professional. The guys were professional and respectful throughout the process. They took time to explain the work and also helped out with a small fix of something else whilst there. Brilliant service and would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.
