We arranged a suitable day and time and he carried out the job swiftly and efficiently. He communicated with me clearly and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. I highly recommend him.

  A quote for replacing an air source heat pump part

  Asked for a quote to replace a part on our air source heat pump. Started off great, with contact being made within the hour of putting a request in. Brilliant, or so I thought. We spoke on the Friday and I was told that he would attend on the Monday, quote for the part and the work and get back to me. And that was the last I ever heard from him. I messaged him on the Monday and then on the Tuesday and he just didn't bother getting back to me. If communication is key, then this person has lost the key and has no idea where he put it. Not reliable.

  Outdoor water leak

  Kyle came out on the day I reported the leak. What I thought would be a straightforward repair was anything but! He ended up having to take up part of our decking to find the leak which was then repaired. Kyle kept me informed of the issues, I asked if he could relocate and replace our outside tap as part of the works. The relocated tap is far better, and the decking was replaced carefully. All resolved within two days, which was amazing considering what needed doing. Very grateful, highly recommend.

  Boiler and extension

  Had a boiler service as well as fitting a new radiator in an extension I had done recently. Can’t recommend these enough the communication along with the workmanship was excellent throughout the whole process. Any questions I had answered straight away.
