  Large 2 storey extension on difficult corner plot

  I can't speak too highly of the quality of work that Kenny and his team carried out for me. Kenny's building management experience and use of reliable sub-contractors made this an enjoyable project. His understanding and support during the various stages minimized the inevitable stress that such large undertakings present.   Kenny and the team handled the entire job from start to finish, keeping me informed on progress and organising site visits and other contractors as required. Through the stages of demolition and build the site was kept tidy and secured with boarding. The whole build was completed with minimal disruption and the end result is fantastic. I would highly recommend KTD building services and will be using them again for any future works

  Extra cloakroom fixtures

  The builder knew what we wanted and carried out the work Ken had problems but sorted them out then got the other trades in to follow on. We are thrilled with the new cloakroom and has been very useful as we have had visitors from Australia.
