KSM came at the arranged appointment time, were very polite and courteous. Undertook the work as agreed with the timescale they said they would. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Worked tirelessly, trying a few different ways to repair.

I asked him to come and look at a leak on the radiators. Arranged a time and never showed up, messaged and just got a reply saying “This is an automatic reply” tried calling and got the voicemail. Waste of time, would never use.

They came out to look at the proposed job, quoted a price and said they could do it no problem. We hadn't bought the dishwasher at this point as wanted to confirm costs before going ahead. They quoted £120 for the job and said to go ahead and buy the dishwasher and they would fit when we were ready. We bought the dishwasher a few weeks later and contacted them - we agreed a date and time which they then cancelled and said they couldn't do. Then said they were on holiday until X date and gave another two possible dates - but never replied after that and we've heard nothing since
