Keith came out at very short notice to replace my boiler, He and his colleague are very professional, knowledgeable and completed the work in no time at all! I was expecting a good 4 hours but they got it done in less than 3 hours! AMAZING!! Thanks again Keith & Jason! 👍🏻👌🏻

Where do i start? I messaged Keith this morning (new years day) with a loss of heating problem on my elderly fathers boiler, after been messed around by another trades person. Within 2 hours of contacting, keith had been to my fathers house sorted the problem and serviced it leaving my dad with a warm house again. Cant thank this man enough! Complete diamond. He will definitely be my go to next time a problem arises.

I got home and had no hot water so went to look at the boiler and had an error code 224 on both the boiler and the thermostat elsewhere. Called KSM and explained what I could see and was asked to send a couple of photos as he couldn't come out straight away. Instant reply and call back and was given clear explanation of the possible causes and told how to do a reset. This worked. Then given a description of their thorough service. Really helpful and honest. We will be getting a service from KSM when it is due. An easy recommendation.

So relieved to find a tradesperson who completely understood the challenges of working in a hard-to-access central York property. Keith kept us completely informed of the progress of the work with plenty of detailed photos and videos while we had to be elsewhere. The quality of the work has been outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
