10 Removal of load bearing wall and insertion of RSJ

Martin and his team removed the wall between our kitchen and dining room, creating a large open plan living space. Martin was excellent throughout. He is polite, professional, with a great sense of humour. The job felt safe in his capable hands. We are thrilled with the end result. 10 Knock Down Internal Load Bearing Wall

KSL Construction provided professional services to help to knock down the internal wall and install a beam, left tidy and clean and willing to do a bit extra, very competitive on price. They also explained us in detail the building regulations and procedures in need in removing a load bearing wall, and assist to connect with inspector after work done.
