  From my initial phone call to saying goodbye at the front door by entire experience of KSJ property maintainance was great. Ken quoted promptly, arrived when promised and did a wonderful job whilst he and his colleague Andrew were polite, chatty and courteous the whole time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Great work by Kenson and Andrew. Built a new arch in an internal doorway - lovely job. Plus replaced a Belfast sink. Prompt, efficient, professional, tidy, clean and polite. Would reccommend.

  Very professional, friendly and decent prices. Have had this company carry out works at a couple of different properties, kitchen re-fit and various plumbing jobs, toilet / sink / tap installations. Have also recommended to family and friend.

  KSJ carried out a full refurb on my 1 bed flat and done a great job. The finish was immaculate and the team were great to work with. Very friendly and reliable, highly recommended, will definitely use them again.
