I strongly advise you not to use this firm, we certainly wish we hadn’t. We were glad to see the back of them and we’ll be reporting them to trading standards. The initial quote given by KSG doubled mid way through the job as he’d underestimated the work/cost. Given we had no steps to access our house we had no choice other than to let them finish. The workmanship was poor, their timekeeping was poor, their attitude was poor and less than 9 months after they apparently finished our job we’ve been quoted £6,895.00 to rectify their mistakes and to finish the work they didn’t bother completing fully.

Soakaway and Fencing installation

I would highly recommend Karl’s services. He and his team were friendly, on time and kept me informed through the works. Everything was done promptly and left tidy. Building reg inspector took one look and said that the soakaway installation was “exactly what he wanted to see”. Definitely will use this company again in future.

Laying a new patio

Karl and his team laid a patio for us. They removed and took away the old decking. Karl kept in contact at all times and did exactly what he said he would do. He and his team are all clearly experienced and were polite, helpful and hard working. They cleared up at the end of each day and the patio looks great. I would recommend KSG Groundworks and we will use them again for any future work needed. Thank you!

Front Doorstep.

We needed a granite front doorstep to match the front path, so it was challenging to fit. Karl's team were professional and efficient. They worked hard until the job was done. Communication was good, too. The end result is smart and it looks great!
