Key Alarm Systems designed and fitted a new alarm system to our house. The whole process was very professional, and completely effortless from start to finish. The installer (Jim) was easy and pleasant to have around and did a superb job, very neat and everything worked perfectly. We feel like we got good value for money and a very good service. A professional service from start to finish Neils expertise helped guide us through the options and identified a comprehensive system tailored to our requirements. A clear and competitive quotation was promptly received together with a prompt lead in time.On the installation day Jim initially spent time to explain the scope of works involved and elaborate on how the fitting would be neat and unobtrusive and his eye for detail resulted in the finished article far exceeding our expectations. He was courteous , tidy and thorough in the testing and commission on completion . Highly recommended
