    New stud wall, ceilings and plastering

    Previously Kyle fitted our bathroom photos can be seen on his page. This time he completed some general building work and light fittings. This is the second time that Kyle has done some work on our property. He is an absolute perfectionist, we have an older property that always throws up unexpecting problems. Kyle takes any issues in his stride and can always find a solution. Would highly recommend, he is always polite and professional.

    Bathroom unit and new shower fitted.

    Damp was discovered on removal of old shower. This caused a great deal more work, a dehumidifier was necessary but Kyle dealt with everything very professionally always keeping us informed of the progress of the work. He and Bailey were always polite and friendly. We are very satisfied with the final outcome.

    Bathroom and Ensuite Floor Tiling

    Kyle and his assistant made an excellent job of tiling my bathroom floors. They were both very polite and tidy. The work was done to a high standard and Kyle made sure to consult me as he went along and also gave some good suggestions. I would not hesitate to recommend KSC Solutions to anyone looking for a company to do Bathroom Fitting, Tiling etc.

    Kyle Chandler's firm, KSC Solutions, is very aptly named. Both jobs presented a variety of challenges, and Kyle only ever came up with successful solutions. I am a multi trade builder specialising in carpentry, bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting and airless paint spraying. I carry out all types of general building works from hanging doors to renovating houses. I have been in the trade for 11 years and have lots of experience. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the building trade.

I complete a lot of airless paint spraying jobs which are completed with a special machine that gives a unique flawless finish. This proves a very popular option with customers who are renovating their homes. I can do almost all trades, anything from hanging doors to complete renovations and rebuilds. I worked in the building and plumbing trade since I was 15 when I used to work for my dad with his plumbing business. Since then I have covered as many trades as possible to give myself as much experience and knowledge as I can get in order to help me start my own business.
