- Minimum Booking: The minimum booking time for any cleaning service is 3 hours, ensuring thorough service.
- Scheduling and Changes: Adjustments to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Recurring services also require a 3hour minimum per visit.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee equivalent to the 2-hour minimum booking.
- Pricing: Services are charged at an hourly rate with a minimum charge based on the 2-hour requirement. Payment is due upon service completion.
- Service Quality: If not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours to address the issue. We are insured but not liable for pre-existing damages.
- Health and Safety: Clients must provide a safe working environment. Our staff may refuse service if conditio ns are unsafe.
