Really pleased with the Guys Good communication Excellent job Will use again

Unfortunately for us the carpets that were fitted were of very bad quality and not the quality I was originally told. After just 5 months the carpets had flattened and worn badly and look 10 years old. I have tried to speak with Kieran as surely they are under warrant but unfortunately it’s apparently my fault and I chose bad carpets despite them costing quit a bit of money. I was offered a small refund but nothing that would cover the cost to redo 3 rooms and a staircase. Still HAVEN'T received! Perhaps I should have used a more reputable company. Avoid if you want quality carpets that last.

Quick, reliable and very tidy, carpets look great

We contacted KSB CARPETS on the 15th December as needed a last minute carpet fitter for our new build property. They arrived 20th December like planed and we’re very efficient. 3 guys in total. First day they finished all 3 bedrooms, landing area and 1 staircase. Returned the second day to finish the final staircase. Service was great. A very cheap price quoted for a 3 story townhouse. Fast affordable efficient service. Very happy.

Kieran did my carpets in my flat and was very happy would even recommend him to family and friends

All my walls got damaged by the carpet while the men installation. When I quested why my walls r damaged door r damaged. The invoice not been received either no response when I chase him.
