From the initial visit through to completion, Kiersten was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, honest and helpful throughout, taking the time to understand what I wanted while also considering future work on my soffits. He kept me informed every step of the way, from ordering materials to fitting. Despite working in 32°C heat, he was punctual, hardworking and left very little mess. The quality of both the workmanship and customer service was excellent, and the result exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled tradesperson.

Kiersten came and fitted a new door last week. He was very efficient throughout the surveys and prompt in getting the job completed. Always on time when he said he would be there at all three visits to me. I would 100% recommend, I’m going to be using KRWA in the future for my windows too!
