Charlie installed CCTV at my home and did an excellent job. He was punctual, friendly, and is an expert in his trade. He fitted 3 high quality cameras with no wires visible, leaving everything neat and tidy, and clearly explained how everything worked. Great value for money, and I’d 100% recommend Kraft Security to anyone looking for a reliable and professional CCTV installation.

Charlie at Kraft Security was amazing from start to finish. I had quite a few questions during the initial call to make sure the system would suit my needs and work with the layout of my home, and Charlie took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently. Got Charlie to install CCTV for our house. Price quoted was good and he immediately gave us an install date which was kept to. We received a message to tell us the time he would arrive and he was punctual. By the end of the day we had a fully installed system up and running. The whole process of getting the work done was incredibly easy. Firstly we had a prompt and courteous reply to our enquiry. Then the site visit went really well. Charlie is incredibly polite and knowledgeable and extremely professional at all times. The quote arrived quickly and every item was clearly specified along with the cost. We were able to agree a time for the work to be carried out and the team arrived on time and carried out the work with care, skill and a minimum of fuss. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
