Had my new cctv fitted today by Charlie Kraft security . What a quality system hik vision fitted so neat and tidy job with full care taken to my property by a super bloke Charlie so helpful and respectful with the patience at the end to explain how the system works on my phone. I would 100% recommend Kraft security for the high standard of work done and the system used.

Got Charlie to install CCTV for our house. Price quoted was good and he immediately gave us an install date which was kept to. We received a message to tell us the time he would arrive and he was punctual. By the end of the day we had a fully installed system up and running. Would recommend Kraft Security good product at a reasonable price.

The whole process of getting the work done was incredibly easy. Firstly we had a prompt and courteous reply to our enquiry. Then the site visit went really well. Charlie is incredibly polite and knowledgeable and extremely professional at all times. The quote arrived quickly and every item was clearly specified along with the cost. We were able to agree a time for the work to be carried out and the team arrived on time and carried out the work with care, skill and a minimum of fuss. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Charlie was great, very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. I have to say he is relentless in making sure it all works correct. It is always pleasant when the people working in your house smile it makes a world of difference. I would recommend Kraft to anyone and already have done.

Charlie was great from start to finish, great communication, very professional. He completed the CCTV installation promptly, then we had him back to install a burglar alarm. Would highly recommend!
