    Good workers.

    The work entailed replacement of the Consumer Unit in a kitchen cupboard and fitting new downlighters in the kitchen ceiling. A replacement Consumer Unit was also required and fitted in the garage. The technicians were very good workers and were friendly courteous. They arrived on time, worked hard and completed the work on schedule . The electrical work was very good but they needed to do a better job cleaning up afterwards by using dust sheets and a vacuum cleaner. Overall I was satisfied with the work carried out and would recommend the company.

    Loss of power to plug socket

    I was quoted £195 +vat for loss of power to socket circuits. Electrician arrived promptly the next day and went straight to the socket in question. This turned out to be a fused socket. 5 minutes later,a new 13amp fuse, and power was restored. Naively ,as a 73yr old woman on a pension , I expected the price to be adjusted given the simplicity of the job. Probably one I could have done myself had I known. Next day I received an invoice for £195 +vat = £234….for a 5 minute job and a fuse

    Excellent service from KRA Electrical & Energy Solutions. We needed an electrician for an urgent call-out, and they responded quickly and professionally. The call-out charge was reasonable, and everything was clearly explained. Reliable, friendly, and efficient service. Highly recommended!
