We called KRA due to an electrical emergency. From that, the job became a bit bigger than anticipated. Whilst the initial emergency wasn't a problem, it was uncovered our kitchen lights and fusebox needed replacing. Bobby and his team explained everything carefully. The work was carried out to a high quality and we're really pleased with everything they did. We'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Due to the upstairs neighbour letting his bath overflow, water had come down into my flat and there was water ingress into the light-pull fitting. I therefore had to make a request for an emergency call-out. KRA came out promptly and fixed it quickly and efficiently, including replacing the cord, and cleared up afterwards. Very good service, happy to recommend and would use again.
