KPR Plumbing came out on thursday and Friday 14th/15th August 2025. The job was to remove old boiler, to replace with new boiler, and install new bathroom radiator and change valve on 3 other radiators . This entailed removing flue from an awkward small window in storage cupboard and other challenging situations. Extremely efficient and hard working. Very pleased with the final outcome and everytime was explained thoroughly. Thank you.

We rang this company as needed someone urgently and been recommended by a friend, as had a bad leak from hall ceiling from bathroom above. Water was dripping through ceiling in lots of places. Came the same day even though plumber was at another job until late pm. Sourced the leak and did the minimum amount of damage to ceiling he could, and bath panel to locate it, repaired the leak and did a thorough job. As he was leaving, we couldn’t believe it seeing water on the floor from our fridge freezer. He stayed and helped sort it. Was from water filter.It was evening and late. Very grateful.

re routed the pipe tapping of an original capped off gas pipe. we towards cooker area and bayonet connector fitted ready. for me gas hooker free standing. also used axdpecial connector for sealing off an old lead pipe. that had been used previously.. thanks. not an air source heat pump....as they were only choice on options above.

KPR plumbing and heating provided exceptional service. There was clear communication throughout the whole process - which is difficult to find in a trade! The work completed was carried out to a high standard and they cleaned the area too which was an added bonus. Polite, efficient and reliable - I will be using them again and highly recommend this company.

Kyle very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. From receiving the quote the job was completed in 2 days. The price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Kyle was quick to respond to any correspondence. He communicated very well and explained everything clearly. He was also very courteous as he hoovered up after himself and wore covers for his boots before coming in the house. The service was very reasonable for how thorough he was.
