Ken did a professional, thorough job and I would recommend him without hesitation. When he discovered unexpected squirrel damage, he dealt with it in a way that left me confident the loft area was once again secure, and there were no additional charges. More importantly, he (and Amanda) respond to enquiries, return calls and keep you updated, sadly something few tradesman seem capable of doing these days. Communication is excellent: friendly and courteous and they were very understanding when my bank failed to make payment (sorry!) Thumbs up all round and I wish Ken every success.

KP(Ken) very kindly agreed to make good the mess a previous Roofer made of my garage roof .He successfully reworked the materials and corrected the mistakes leaving the roof secure. KP are knowledgeable, proffesional,friendly with a good eye for detail
