  Initially everything went well. I paid the invoice in full and then KP Roofing came back looking for an additional £480 saying there was a mistake in the invoiced amount. If I was a vulnerable person I probably would have fallen for their pitch. This is shameful exploitation and gives the entire Roofing industry a bad name
