  Ken arrived within 20mins of my call. Emptied the waste plant which was blocked And noticed pump wasn’t working so after a good clean out he got it to work. Just amazing. Woke up to an immergency and he certainly is the best in quality knowledge efficiency honesty and price. Don’t hesitate to contact Ken. V few people take the pride in providing a five star service

  We were having our cesspool emptied for the 1st time in our new house with an old cesspool. We dont think it had been emptied for years. We called and spoke to Kens wife who was helpful and booked us in within 2 days as we were concerned about it overfilling. Ken worked hard to get all the old sludge out for us, was very helpful and friendly explaining useful info to us how to get our old pit up and fully funtioning again. This was very reassuring to us and we will be using his family run firm regularly in the future. The costs were reasonable and within the prices quoted. Highly recommend Ken
