  Okay but half done job

  Konstantinos helped us out finishing some carpentry work after our previous trader had to be sent away, however for my standards, his work wasn’t great either. Fair enough, he worked quickly and left the house tidy, communication was fine. But the neatness and aesthetics of the work wasn’t what I expected from someone with such good reviews. He left it for us to sand all of the wood down again and finish off staining the installed architraves and we will have to do much more work to fill up all the gaps left behind.

However, in our quote, we had included the fitting of the architraves, as you have asked us, but we didn't include the sanding and painting of them.   Front door frame and locks - fitted and secure - great job!

  Kostas was excellent. He fixed a broken front door frame and replaced the locks. He and his team did a very good job, the price was competitive and communication was easy. Highly recommended, I would use him again.

  Remedial work to a log cabin installation

  Kostas was an excellent find, he could see the issues we had and was available quickly to sort them, and at an acceptable cost. His communication was good, turned up as he said he would and just got on with the job, in fact he went beyond that, he spotted another issue and sorted that too, without prompting. Thoroughly recommended therefore, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Kostas carry any further jobs needed, a big thank you to him!
