  House refurbisment

  Kosta and his team completely refurbished our house. Made downstairs open plan, new kitchen, bathroom, plastering, plastering tiling, electrics and plumbing.New flooring throughout. Kosta is so knowledgeable and has amazing ideas without increasing costs and is on site daily. His team are all outstanding at their work and very respectful and pleasant to have around. We couldn't be more pleased with our up to date 'new' home, our house has been transformed at a very competetive cost. Kosta is a gentleman and a really lovely honest man. Absolutely recommend him 100%

  Wrap around extension

  We recently had a wrap-around extension completed by Kosta and his building team, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first meeting, Kosta was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood what was possible within our space and budget.

  Wrap around extension

  We hired Kosta to build our wrap-around extension and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. His workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. Kosta was professional, punctual and kept everything running smoothly throughout the project. The extension has completely transformed our home and was finished to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Kosta to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy builder.

  General Renovation

  Kosta & Sons recently carried out a general renovation of my house which included fitting new doors and frames, bannisters and spindles, plastering, coving and knocking a separate bathroom and toilet into one room. Kosta & Sons took time to fully understand what I wanted to achieve, were respectful, competitive on price and the work was completed to a high standard. I would use again and recommend to others.

  Bathroom Refurbishment

  New patio at the front of the house

  Kosta and Sons turned the scruffy space in front of our home into a smart welcoming patio. Kosta guided us through slabs patterns and edging options and even mocked up a sample so we could see it in daylight. The crew arrived early each morning, lifted the old concrete, set new drainage, and laid the paving with perfect joints. They kept dust to a minimum and left the drive spotless each evening. Neighbours have already asked for their number. Honest pricing clear updates and superb workmanship. We love sitting out with coffee now.
