I was just trying to get a quote then Kolt came in 15 mins to check the item. He was very nice and polite and we agreed right away for th price. He took the piano with him, so it only took less than 30 minutes to dispose it. I am so grateful. I will definitely recommend. Great service. Thank you very much

Removal of two large armchairs

Was contacted quickly which was helpful. They also came the same day. Despite being on the second floor, with lift, they took away the two large heavy armchairs very carefully and efficiently. The cost was fair. Only hiccup being difficult communication online when trying to send full details as kept being sent to the CheckaTrade web page instead of more directly to Kolts.

Rubbish removal during a home move.

I was desperate for rubbish removal at the end of my tenancy and Terry responded quickly to my request. Asked for pictures and gave me reasonable quote straight away. They were also able to collect the rubbish first thing the following morning. Arrived early and picked up everything. Very efficient, kind and friendly. Even told me to stay positive as I was stressing out too much ;). Would recommend them definitely.
