  Wall Opening Doorway with Steel Beam and Finishing

  Kolin created a new door opening in our wall with a steel beam lintel and finishing works including some electrical adjustments. He and his team were very friendly, professional and offered great advice along the way. They were reliable and did a great job for a fair price - very happy with the end result and would recommend to friends.

  Really nice guy who listens and proposes solutions. Completed the re-roof in ultra quick time including sourcing some hard to find roofing tiles. Look forward to engaging Kolin again.

  We used Kolin's services a number of times, his knowledge ranges from building work to plumbing, electricity, heating, he can help with most repairs and building work. He is very honest, will always try to fix things before advising you to buy new parts and he always suggested for me to get the replacement parts and where to get them so he only charged for his work. He is just really knowledgeable, honest and hardworking, I wouldn't trust anyone else and always call him for any issues around the house now.

  Filling holes and wall plastering

  I had several quotes from different people that I felt were unreasonable. Kolin gave a very reasonable price with excellent results. He even Tided unsightly fillings that had been previously carried out by another tradesman without even being asked ! He was both friendly and professional. I was very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing a job done.
