I used Ponds Northwest to build my 4,000 gallon koi pond. Their help & advice in the process was excellent in guiding me through the planning and construction. They helped me achieve the dream pond I wanted. Also, the after sales and maintenance service has also been excellent. The pond is good and was finished in the way I wanted it. They were very helpful advising on how to maintain it and keep herons away. They worked hard and removed all the extra soil and cleaned and re-fitted my existing filter.
