Ben and Peter were reliable and very easy to work with, friendly and helpful throughout on everything. The project was tricky with buried unknowns and winter weather conditions to deal with but they remained positive, diligent and professional all the way through. We are very pleased with the finished job and have recommended Kody Construction to others already.

Our utility room roof was in a terrible state, but Ben & Pete did an outstanding job transforming the space. They installed new patio doors, a secure new roof, and insulation in the flooring, walls, and roof. They also plastered the entire room to a high standard. The quality of their workmanship is excellent—I would highly recommend them!

We contacted the trade to attend to install a sinkaway but we've had no end of trouble. Work done poorly, and when we tried to get them to return, they reluctantly returned once but have not returned since and the issues remain.
