Dan at Kocher Construction has completely transformed our garden. The area was uneven, sloped, and made up of old concrete and brickwork from a previous structure. Using reclaimed slabs, Dan planned and executed the patio with incredible precision, correcting levels, improving drainage, and integrating it perfectly with our new Bake Room. His workmanship, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are exceptional. He communicates clearly, works methodically, and takes real pride in what he builds. The result exceeded our already high expectations. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else
