  Access to summer house

  I was locked out of my summer house, Regan was friendly, efficient, professional and gained access without any damage. The lock was also replaced. Price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to contact Regan again, thank you so much!

  New locks

  Repair to front door multi lock system

  I had not used a locksmith before so had to choose one by reading reviews which is how I contacted Knox Locks. I need not have worried as I was very impressed with Regan who was very professional in his work. He arrived on time, checked the front door alignment and locks. He explained what the problems were, detailing the costs involved, and carried out the repair efficiently. Could not fault his work and his manner and I’ve no hesitation in adding to his excellent reviews.

  Replacement of window handles

  Knox locks replaced 9 window handles, Regan was pleasant courteous and respectful of my home a complete professional knowledgable of his trade and did an excellent job and explained various locking functions on my front door of which I was unaware. Thank you Regan would definitely recommend you to anyone.

  Changing two door locks and mechanisms

  Regan visited an elderly client of mine and within 48 hours had both her doors secured again. The lady tells me he was lovely and did a fantastic job, she felt safe with him in the house and is so pleased with his work and how he explained everything to her. Regan also kept in touch with me during the job to update me as he was aware she was vulnerable and wanted to make sure the work he was doing was ok to go ahead and do. Very trustworthy.
