10 Changing opening direction of uPVC door

Knowles stained glassworks did an amazing job and would definitely recommend them. They were reliable and squeezed me in to help me out as I need to carpet. On top of that they were honest about the cost of the job and gave money back for parts not needed/used. They left my house clean and tidy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 10 UPVC windows with encapsulation of the existing traditional leaded lights.

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the new windows & the service received. The old leaded lights were repaired and polished then encapsulated in a double glazing upvc frame - all the beauty but none of the draughts! 10 5 small irregular shaped panes of glass in a bathroom with no natural light.

Sharon was so helpful from the very first email. Nothing phased her. The on-site visit was prompt and she and Michael attended. They made me feel confident that the job was doable. Everything ran smoothly from the get go. The choice of glass, the quote and the job itself. Michael was so pleasant and efficient. He did a wonderful job which I know wasn’t easy as the spaces he had to fill were not absolutely regular. I gained considerable knowledge and experience working on all types of buildings from houses, schools and offices to churches and even cathedrals. I take pride in all the work we do and the services we provide. From replacement with new products to restoration of old.

Perfected over the past 25 years and one of the forerunners of providing a service where we have been encapsulating triple glazing our customer genuine traditional leaded light windows. Retaining the existing coloured and stained glass windows, preserving and protecting the beauty of stained glass, whilst adding extra security, protection and insulation to their homes.
New uPVC windows, composite doors supplied and fitted and again, we can encapsulate triple glaze existing or design new bespoke leaded light creations to make your home truly unique and different to other homes in your neighbourhood.
I run taster short course in making a genuine coloured leaded light. One to one, fun enjoyable craft day in my studio.
