Andy was super friendly, responded straight away, said he could come out today and have me an approximate time. He updated me through the day in terms of his arrival turned it round in 10-15 minutes and then left. Quick easy to deal with , knowledgeable. He said the switch had t been earthed properly so fixed that up to Will definitely use him again

Andy was excellent. Turned up on time, was very knowledgeable about our dishwasher and got to work straight away checking it over and starting work. After about 40 mins he called me into the kitchen and showed that he had done a complete once over of the machine and managed to discover that every pipe inside and out was blocked and he had successfully cleaned it out. As well as checking all the motors, heater and pumps to faults. Then putting it back together and staying to make sure it ran a cycle and drained properly. Would 100% recommend him to anyone needing urgent help with a dishwasher.

We couldn’t have asked for a better tradesman if we’d have tried. Really good quality of work carried out. Spent time with us to inform us about the cooker. Was fine being pestered by our son and dog whilst he worked. Was very prompt at fitting the replacement parts and left the kitchen tidy. Andy was really communicative and offered regular updates. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else the next time I destroy an appliance!
