As stated before, Knott Services are reliable. They turned up when stated they would. Carried out the work with due diligence, and attention to care for our property. Splashing's of humour / conversations throughout the time, but stayed focused. They fully communicated what they would do, and when, and asked when they could turn off the electrics, and stated when they could put them back on. So fitting in with family activities ie cooking a meal or boiling kettles for hot drinks. Knott Services will not disappoint. In fact we are the ones who gain. Thank you.

Andy did an incredible excellent job. He was quick responding to my messages, put me in peace the minute we spoke, and came to do the repair at the same day. He is also super considerate. He explained everything, the repair process, what went wrong, and gave advice for the future use. When he finished, he even left the space cleaner than before. Definitely went beyond what I expected. The work was done within an hour. Cannot tell how much I appreciate his efficiency and perfect work. Highly recommend!

Andy from Knott Services answered the phone today, and came to us as soon as he could this afternoon. Having explained the situation with our dishwasher (motor's whirring sound) immediately he knew what it was, and repaired it very efficiently. Andy now has some more work that we need doing in and around our home. Choose him and you won't be disappointed. He is polite, respectful, explains things well about what has happened and why, and how to best overcome issues. On top of that he has a good sense of humour. I had a problem with my washing machine as it had a blockage and would not drain or start any programme. Knott Services came out same day and had it sorted very quickly. Friendly and efficiant service. I would highly recommend.
